Primary care providers, advanced practice providers, allied health professionals, and all other clinicians are invited to attend the Riley Children’s Health Pediatric Conference. Hosted by Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics and Riley Children’s Health, the conference will be held on May 10-11, 2023. The first day will be virtual via Zoom and the second day will be in-person at the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis, Indiana. View the agenda or register.


1. CME Credit

Physicians and non-physicians can receive a maximum of 7.25 CME credits for attending the live activity. At the conclusion of the event, attendees will be able to:

  • Analyze behavioral interventions for sleep
  • Assess the 504 Plans and Dyslexia screening used by public schools
  • Review feeding strategies for high-risk infants
  • Discuss reproductive health care for teenage patients
  • Examine substance abuse in pediatric patients
  • Identify ways to support children with ASD in primary care clinics


2. Networking

The second day of the conference is in-person at the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for networking and relationship building with specialists from Riley Children’s Health as well as community providers and peers.


3. Timely Topics

This year’s theme is Filling the Gaps: Managing COVID’s Impact on Child Health with a focus on addressing gaps in pediatric healthcare caused by COVID-19 and sharing how to solve these challenges. The following relevant and timely pediatric topics will be discussed – sleep medicine, child behavior, infectious diseases, eye health, dental health, infant feeding, education, reproductive health, gender health, and substance abuse.
