A Message from Dean Jay L. Hess
Each year, IU School of Medicine brings together its most generous supporters for a memorable evening to express its gratitude: our Gathering of Friends.
Typically, you would have received an invitation at this time—and my wife, Robin, and I would look forward to hosting you for dinner and illustrating how your contribution helps prepare healers and transform health.
Unfortunately, the ongoing pandemic rules out such an event. The public’s health comes first, and all of us at IU School of Medicine want to preserve yours.
So, while we cannot come together this fall, we have a simple message for you: We value your friendship.
We’ve enlisted the talents of our students, faculty, and staff to share our appreciation with the video above.
