Underrepresented in Medicine Visiting Residency

Indiana University School of Medicine is working to diversify the workforce by graduating more physicians from underrepresented groups and ensuring that all trainees are prepared to provide culturally competent care for patients from all walks of life. The Underrepresented in Medicine Visiting Residency supports residents who want to pursue a fellowship and provides them with the opportunity to spend time at our facilities.

Early communication with the program director/coordinator of the program in which you desire to rotate is critical. All visiting rotations are subject to approval by the appropriate program director/coordinator.
